FREE cancellation is allowed until 00 am (midnight) on the 7th day BEFORE the arrival of the BOOKED DATE and in this case the deposit of 20% will be returned in full. After this deadline indicated the deposit will no longer be refunded nor can we accept any kind of dispute.
